Application
Applies to electronic, pharmaceutical, food and other industries. Plays the role of preventing and remedying pollution, fresh air filtering, pre-filtering for medium-efficiency filter as well as return air filtering in central air conditioning system.
Advantages
Use polyester, polyamide, nylon etc chemical synthetic fibers as filter media. In accordance with different diameter and density of filter media, we use non-woven way and produce with rolling stitch which is multiple directional and layer gradient. It has a property of high permeability, low initial resistance and high dust-holding capacity.
Different melting point of exterior and interior of the composite fiber makes connection points between fibers are firm and tight, not easy to fall off.
Lustring treatment on the down side of filter media, effectively prevent fiber shedding.
Thick and thin fibers was stuck together by hot-melt fibers, no chemical adhesives added, flammability confirms to German industrial standard: DIN53438-F1, and fireproof class up to UL-900 Class 2.
Can be washed repeatedly.
Can be with galvanized steel or aluminum alloy frame, or add metal mesh as supporter to effectively prevent deformation under high-speed airflow.
Meet EN779:2012.
